Kenton County Parks Baseball Field Reservation Procedure
To schedule a field for Baseball at Cordero Field, Lincoln Ridge Park, or Pioneer Park:
Baseball fields are open March 15 - October 31. Fields are available for reservation only. Teams with a minimum of 51% Kenton County residents will receive priority reservations. All reservations must be in writing to Mike Harris, Northern Kentucky Baseball, via email at mikeharris@nkbaseball.com. All field request emails must accompany a complete team roster, including all players’ names, ages and addresses.
- Teams can register for the Spring/Summer (March 15-July 18) draw beginning on January 1st. Spring/Summer registration closes on February 15th. Teams will be notified via email for confirmation of reserved fields.
- Teams can register for the Fall (August 10-October 31) draw beginning on July 1st. Fall registration closes on July 25th. Teams will be notified via email for confirmation of reserved fields.
- Teams with a minimum of 51% Kenton County residents will receive priority reservations. All remaining slots will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis per season.
- After the initial draws per season, teams may submit reservations for open time slots.
- Each rental is a 2-hour time slot.
- Weekday rentals:
- Spring/Summer: 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
- Fall: 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
- KCP&R Adult Softball will run June 15 through Fall on Mondays and Fridays
- Weekend rentals are from 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
- Each team can reserve one time slot during the week and one time slot on the weekend.
- Cancellation: Notify all cancellations to Mike Harris 7 days prior to allow for booking of another reservation. Multiple cancellations of time slots during the season may revoke field privileges for the year.
