    Walk through the picture book story "Cat's Colors" by Airlie Anderson. A series of signs include the simple story to read and playful directions to enhance the story while enjoying the outdoors! A printable activity packet that goes with the book will be emailed to you upon request by contacting jennifer.beach@kentonlibrary.org.

    This free program begins with a pre-program at 9:30 AM, the main program at 10:00 AM, a post-program at 11:00 AM, and lunch at 11:15 AM. There will also be free raffles of terrific donated prizes. 9:30 AM Pre-Program: Kenton County Parks & Recreation 10:00 AM Main Program: Turtle Time with WAVE Foundation from the Newport Aquarium: Can you tell the difference between a turtle and a tortoise? In this program, we discuss the differences between turtles and tortoises, and share some simple conservation practices that you can do to help protect these amazing animals! Live animals will include 3 different turtle and tortoise species. 11:00 AM Post-Program: Madison Pike Yoga 11:15 AM Lunch: Lunches will be provided through the summer food service program for children in collaboration with Kenton County Schools.
