Resolution No. 20-01K (Action Requested) A Resolution for the Kenton County Fiscal Court concerning Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Budget Adjustments.

Resolution No. 20-16 (Action Requested) A Resolution for the Kenton County Fiscal Court approving and adopting the compensation rates for the Kenton County employees, and authorizing the County Treasurer to pay the rates on scheduled pay days.

Resolution 20-17 (Action Requested) A Resolution authorizing the Judge/Executive to negotiate and execute an agreement with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for the routine maintenance of Rural Secondary and other various routes in Kenton County.

Resolution No. 20-18 (Action Requested) Adoption of a Resolution of the Kenton County Fiscal Court (“County”) authorizing the filing of a Coronavirus Relief Fund (“CRF”) application for reimbursement of incurred expenses in CRF Funds with the Department for Local Government (“DLG”); authorizing and directing the Kenton County Judge/Executive to execute any documents which are deemed necessary by DLG to reimburse Kenton County; and authorizing the Judge/Executive to act as the authorized correspondent for reimbursement.

Ordinance No. 225.89- Second Reading (Action Requested) An Ordinance of the Kenton County Fiscal Court relating to the approval and adoption of the Kenton County Fiscal Court budget for the Fiscal Year 2020-2021.

Ordinance No. 950.89 – First Reading (No Action Needed) An Ordinance creating an Energy Project Assessment District (EPAD) within the County pursuant to the provisions of KRS 65.205-209 and establishing a program to advance conservation and efficient use of energy and water resources.

Ordinance No. 924.60 – First Reading (No Action Needed) An Ordinance adopting the recommendations of the Kenton County Planning Commission approving the Amended Stage 1 Development Plan for 2323 Anderson Road in Unincorporated Kenton County.
