New Administration Building Open House
On December 14, 2016 from 4 to 7 p.m., Kenton County Fiscal Court hosted an open house at Covington Latin School regarding the New Kenton County Administration Building.

Open House Design Feedback
On Wednesday, June 21, 2017, following the recommendation of a selection committee, the Kenton County Fiscal Court chose the proposal of a team led by Turner Construction Company to design and execute construction of the new county administration building and the 303 Court Street project, contingent upon successful negotiations.
