Kenton County's Code of Ethics Ordinance (Chapter 35:50-99) imposes restrictions on the behavior of all county officers, employees, appointees, and board or commission members.  

The Ethics Commission is created by this chapter.  It is here to enforce, advise, and perform complaint procedure and preliminary investigation concerning potential conflicts of interest which might arise in the conduct of Kenton County elected officers, employees, and board appointees in their public duties.
