Commissioner Dan Humpert and his wife Lynn reside in Kenton Hills. Dan is serving his first term as Commissioner and continues to serve on the Board of Directors of the Northern Kentucky Area Development District. Prior to his election to the court, Dan was deeply involved in the community, serving in leadership roles in the Salvation Army Advisory Council, Covington Optimists, and Fort Mitchell Kiwanis.  Commissioner Humpert, a professor and administrator at the University of Cincinnati, is an engineer by training and education. He is currently a member of the Friends of Covington and Covington Rotary. Dan is dedicated to reducing the cost of operating government and to the continued economic growth that has made Kenton County and Northern Kentucky the envy of communities across the Commonwealth.
