Property Tax Payments

Kenton County's New Tax Bill

Thanks to Sheriff Korzenborn, Kenton County taxpayers can now pay their bills seven days a week at any Fifth Third Bank branch. Payments are also accepted at the Sheriff's Office, 303 Court St. in Covington, fourth floor, or at the Kenton County Courthouse, 1525 Madison Pike, in Independence.

Please click here to E-mail the Sheriff's Office to request a copy of your taxbills. (Tax Bill Request: taxbills@kentoncounty.org). Note: For Mortgage and Title companies, there will be a $2.00 fee for each property bill requested.
 
To view your tax bill on-line, please click http://www.kcor.org and click the "GUEST ACCESS" button on the bottom right.  Then, click the "TAX BILLS" button.  Search by owner name, location, parcel id number etc.
Online tax bill payment is not available at this time.  Please go to any of the locations below for payment of your bill.


To Pay your taxes at any of the locations below, simply:

1.) Make your check payable to the Kenton County Sheriff for the EXACT AMOUNT

2.) Include your remittance portion of your original tax bill.

3.) Drop your payment in any Fifth Third Bank Northern Kentucky location or Sheriff's Office.

4.) Your cancelled check will be your receipt.

Note: Payments will not be accepted at Fifth Third Bank and Independence Courthouse after Dec 31st.

Banking centers in Kroger stores are open 7 days a week 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and your tax payment can also be taken there.

 

Sheriff's Electronic Payment Processing

Mortgage Companies, Tax service companies, Banks, or otherwise indicated as tax payers in behalf of individual property owners should call the Sheriff's Office at (859)392-1800 for further instructions.

 

Change of Mailing Address

If your mailing address changed, please download PVA's Change of Address Form.   Fill up and submit the form to the PVA Office using the address indicated on the form.  To get a copy of your taxbill, email the Sheriff's Office at (taxbills@kentoncounty.org).

2007 Delinquent Tax Bills Sale


The Sheriff's Tax Bill Sale was conducted on April 1, 2008.  Due to the total amount of the offers, the bills have been forwarded to the Finance Cabinet.  Any questions about how to redeem a bill sold to the State should be directed to the Clerk's Office at 859/ 392-1650
