On The Scene

Erlanger Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 5 Mistywood Drive.  The single family dwelling was well engulfed in flames upon arrival.  Firefighters performed an aggressive interior attack, which controlled the fire in about 30 minutes.  The home was occupied at the time of the fire, however, all occupants were able to safely escape.  One firefighter sustained a minor burn injury to the head area, but was treated and released.  Firefighters from Erlanger, Elsmere, Edgewood, and Point Pleasant fire departments and Kenton County Air One responded.
