Go to Room 207 and obtain a Kenton County and Cities Occupational License Application. Or download the Kenton County and Cities Occupational License Application from the download link below.
A zoning and/or city permit may be required before you begin business activity. This includes 'door-to-door' solicitations. Please click on the Zoning Permits button below.
The Fiscal Court reviews the application and issues an account number to be used for the Annual Occupational License Fee & Business License Renewal Return and Employees' Quarterly Withholding Return Filings.
